Key Responsibilities:
• Define and drive Merchandising Enablement strategies and objectives
• Improve merchandising planning and execution processes
• Oversee Product Line Review calendar and its integration
• Govern the Assortment Update process for store performance
• Lead cross-functional coordination for merchandising projects
Requirements:
• Minimum of 10 years in merchandising or retail operations
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Robust knowledge of retail merchandising operations
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams
