These vital team members process incoming and outgoing orders while loading/moving boxed items and wheeled bins. They collaborate with team members to enable success for all.Job Duties:Process incoming orders; scan carton barcodes and locationsInvestigate and resolve any order discrepancy for incoming/outgoing orders; manifest all orders, bundle, and prepare for shipmentAccurately prepare all necessary paperworkCommunicate any difficult order issues to managerInspect and maintain all equipment, including scanners, PDTs, magliners, ladders, pump trucksCollaborate with team membersObserve safety procedures and report any safety issuesTravel between facilities when necessaryMentor others as opportunities ariseLift, load,



and move boxes (average weight: 40 pounds)Any other tasks as assigned by your managerThis position is a hands-on warehouse and operations role involving material handling, equipment operation, and secure processing of materials. The successful candidate should be reliable, comfortable working around equipment, and able to follow established procedures. Previous warehouse, manufacturing, production, logistics, recycling, or equipment-operation experience is an asset but not required. Training will be provided on company procedures and specialized equipment. Ability to lift and move materials weighing approximately 40 lbs is required. Robust attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality are essential. Candidate must be able to successfully complete required background/security screeningRequirements:At least 1-2 years experience in a warehouse/physical atmosphere and/or service industry and/or team-focused environmentBasic computer skills requiredStrong attention to detailCommitment to adhere to and enforce all security proceduresAbility to work well in a team environmentHigh school diploma or equivalentPrevious warehouse experience required.Experience operating a forklift is an asset.
