paid monthly once the client pays.A €1,000 bonus for every retainer you signA €500 bonus for every month you reach the monthly deal targetA €3,000 bonus when you reach the deal target over three months in a rowThis is an independent sales agent contract: commission only, with no base salary. You invoice Hirefel as self-employed, or under your country's equivalent.How you'll workHirefel OS gives you AI agents. Lead discovery finds companies and scores them before you reach out.Agents draft your follow-up emails, a one-page brief after each qualified call, and contract drafts for review.Calls are recorded, transcribed and summarised on the deal, so you can listen instead of taking notes.You work closely with the people who scope and build each system, with a weekly pipeline review.Location and time zonesWhere you work: Anywhere in the US or Canada, fully remoteHours: US time zones, Eastern to PacificWho you sell to: Companies anywhere in the US and CanadaLanguage: English at a native or qualified level
