As a Building Operator, you will be part of RioCan’s commitment to a clean and safe environment for tenants and visitors. This full-time position includes rotating shifts from Monday to Friday and after-hours on-call responsibilities. Your key tasks involve preventive maintenance, liaising with stakeholders, and addressing HVAC issues while ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct regular property inspections for safety compliance
• Respond promptly to tenant HVAC-related calls




• Perform predictive and preventative maintenance tasks
• Coordinate contractor access and monitor work completion
• Communicate efficiently with tenants and contractors

Requirements:
• G Level Driver’s License required
• Relevant experience in property maintenance preferred
• Knowledge of hand and power tools necessary
• Able to work with minimal supervision
• Solid customer service and communication skills
