Key Responsibilities:
• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes for diverse roles
• Collaborate with HR to align on hiring needs




• Develop and implement innovative talent sourcing strategies
• Maintain candidate records in recruitment systems

Requirements:
• 2-5 years of high-volume recruitment experience
• Prior experience in heavy civil construction
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems
• Solid communication and negotiation skills
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
