In this pivotal role, you will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight to Compass Communities. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, your focus will be on enhancing business performance, developing talent, and ensuring exceptional homeowner experiences across multiple sites. You will be responsible for establishing performance objectives and translating corporate priorities into actionable plans.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide leadership to Regional Managers overseeing communities
• Develop and implement financial management strategies




• Optimize occupancy and revenue across the portfolio
• Champion homeowner service and community relations
• Promote a culture of teamwork and accountability

Requirements:
• 10+ years in property management or hospitality
• Proven leadership in managing complex portfolios
• Robust financial acumen and budgeting skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Bilingual in English/French is an asset
