ERPA is seeking a Senior Workday Advanced Compensation Consultant to enhance our Workday HCM team. In this role, you will drive client engagements, overseeing the implementation and support of Advanced Compensation and related modules, ensuring alignment with business goals. Bring your industry knowledge, troubleshooting skills, and experience managing multiple priorities while fostering relationships with clients and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver consulting services across multiple client engagements
• Guide clients through design, configuration, and implementation
• Support annual events including merit and performance cycles




• Collaborate with Engagement Managers on project updates
• Advise on Workday best practices and enhancements

Requirements:
• Minimum of two years managing Workday Advanced Compensation
• Experience in leading two Phase 1 and two Phase X implementations
• Relevant Workday Partner Certifications required
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
