You will act as initial contact for lab services, handle test results, and assist with notifiable testing processes, ensuring patient confidentiality and timely communications.
The role requires Grade 12 or equivalent, with preferred post-secondary education in medical office or unit coordination and experience with Epic/Beaker CIS.
