The Senior Manager, R&D; Capabilities and Excellence, is key to shaping the future of our R&D; organization. You will lead, mentor, and develop a talented team while defining and enhancing our operating model. You will also be responsible for continuous improvement and ensuring high-quality project delivery across the R&D; portfolio.

Requirements:
