The Town of Mount Royal seeks a seasoned Director of Urban Planning and Development to lead planning, land use and regulatory functions. You will oversee permits, inspections and enforcement, shape municipal priorities and advise elected officials on risks and opportunities.
Ideal candidates hold a relevant degree, 15+ years of experience, and membership in the Ordre des urbanistes du Québec, with solid knowledge of Quebec municipal policy and fluency in French and English.
