Step into the flight deck of a modern, fuel‑efficient jet and help shape a rapidly scaling operation. As a Porter First Officer on the Embraer E195‑E2, you’ll join a major growth programme with industry‑leading pay, accelerated seniority movement, and a clear path to one of the fastest upgrades to narrow‑body Captain in Canada.
Operate the E195‑E2 to the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and on‑time performance.
Lead and collaborate with your crew to meet organizational goals and Porter's Flying Refined service standards.
Actively participate in the Safety Management System (SMS): identify hazards, report incidents, and champion the Company Safety Policy.
Demonstrate core behaviours: proactive decision‑making, teamwork, exceptional passenger service, results focus, and open, respectful communication.
Licensing: Transport Canada Airline Transport Pilot Licence (ATPL),



or completion of SAMRA & SARON exams.
Experience: Minimum 1,500 hours total flight time.
Assets: Previous jet experience in high‑density airspace; time on E170 type‑variant; CARs 705 operational experience; aviation college or university degree.
Work eligibility: Legally entitled to work in Canada; valid Canadian passport, or valid international passport with a US Crewmember Visa (C‑1/D).
