NADG is seeking a Lawyer with approximately 5 to 8 years of real estate and corporate transactional experience to join our legal team. This role requires taking on transactions with minimal oversight, solving problems, and driving business outcomes while managing risk.
The ideal candidate has experience leading sophisticated real estate deals, drafting and negotiating purchase agreements, development agreements, leases, and related documents, in a rapid-paced environment.
