Richmond Steel Recycling Limited is seeking a Non-Ferrous Supervisor to oversee the daily non-ferrous processing area, ensuring safe, effective handling and quality of sorted metals. You will lead a mixed unionized workforce, manage production flow, and support continuous improvement within the facility.
The role requires 5+ years in the industry, at least 1 year of supervisory experience, and knowledge of non-ferrous metals and equipment operations.
