Durham Community Health Centre (DCHC) seeks a Senior Director, Enterprise Performance, Evaluation and Strategic Initiatives to drive strategy execution, performance intelligence, and transformational initiatives. The role reports to the CEO and leads a small team to align performance with DCHC’s vision.
This senior leadership position offers a hybrid work workplace in Oshawa, with potential work at other DCHC sites, and a salary range of $125,000–$140,000 plus HOOPP and benefits.
