This role involves managing the Health and Safety function, supporting the Health, Safety, and Environmental Management System (HSEMS), and providing strategic input to leadership. You will collaborate with Field Operations to enhance safety practices and lead loss prevention initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily health and safety function and priorities
• Provide strategic health and safety recommendations
• Collaborate with leaders to integrate safety into operations




• Lead proactive loss prevention programs across sites
• Conduct audits, inspections, and incident investigations

Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree in relevant field
• Minimum of 7 years progressive health and safety experience
• Experience with Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems
• Solid knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Valid Ontario Class G Driver’s Licence
