Lead global real estate operations as a Director of Business Operations in Toronto with our financial services client. Oversee operational policies, compliance, and contract management in a hybrid work model.

This role requires 10+ years of experience in Business Operations, including 5+ years in the real estate sector. You will drive policy development, manage compliance and risk programs, and ensure effective contract management while supporting multifamily and commercial assets across Canada, the USA, and Asia.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement GRE operational policies and procedures
• Manage compliance and risk management programs effectively
• Lead onboarding and offboarding for investments and funds




• Coordinate internal and external audit responses
• Manage contract inventory and vendor invoice processing

Requirements:
• 10+ years in Business Operations with real estate focus
• Proficiency in real estate accounting systems (Yardi is a plus)
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
• Solid background in asset management and compliance
• Experience in AML/ATF processes and contract management
