Your mission

Serve as Pilot-in-Command on the E195-E2, delivering the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and customer care on every flight.

Lead flight deck and cabin crews through exemplary airmanship, teamwork, and clear, respectful communication.

Champion Porter's Safety Management System: identify and report hazards and incidents, comply with Company Safety Policy, and actively promote a just safety culture.

Deliver Porter's Flying Refined experience, ensuring consistent, elevated passenger service.

Support an expanding North American schedule with operational flexibility, initiative, and a results focus.

Model integrity and people leadership; inspire others and recognize and champion change.

What you bring

Transport Canada ATPL and ICAO English Level 5+ .

Total time: 4,500+ hours.

Transport-category jet time (CARs 705): 1,000+ hours total, including 500+ hours PIC on transport-category jet aircraft in CARs 705 airline operations.

Recency: Recent airline flying experience within the last 24 months.

Work authorization:



Legal ability to work in Canada.

Travel documents: Current valid Canadian passport, or a valid international passport with a valid U.S. Crewmember Visa (C-1/D).

Pilots who do not meet every minimum may be considered based on overall experience at the discretion of Flight Operations Management.

Preferred assets

Autothrottle or Generation 4 aircraft experience.

Type rating or experience on E170/E175/E190/E195 variants.

Previous CARs 705 airline training and checking experience.

Aviation college or university degree.
