You will leverage your extensive mechanical design experience, optimizing for reliability, manufacturability, and cost. Key responsibilities include leading engineering studies, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring compliance with industry standards while innovating design practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead studies and tests for navigation and bridge systems
• Manage mechanical design based on military-grade and customized solutions
• Maintain and write mechanical engineering standards
• Train and mentor junior engineers in best practices
• Approve hardware requirements and design documentation
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with 12+ years of experience
• NATO secret security clearance required
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and SharePoint
• Familiarity with SolidWorks and AutoCAD
