Key Responsibilities:
• Direct daily quarry operations, including drilling and blasting
• Monitor production quality and operational performance




• Guarantee a steady supply of limestone and other materials
• Review and execute long-term mine plans
• Oversee equipment maintenance budgeting and scheduling

Requirements:
• 5-8+ years in hard-rock open pit mining management
• Proven experience in drill-and-blast operations
• Strong knowledge of rock mechanics and equipment
• Experience with unionized labor management
• Proficiency in SAP for operations management
