Lush-Cosmetic Victoria on Government Street is seeking a Full Time Floor Leader to support the Store Management Team. You will drive sales, manage opening/closing, and analyze results to ensure every shift delivers a stellar customer experience and smooth operations.
On the shop floor you’ll lead a team of sales associates, coach for results, run product demonstrations, and reinforce brand values like Fighting Animal Testing, Freshest Cosmetics, and 100% Vegetarian.
