As a Senior Consultant in BDO’s Workday practice, your role includes leading full lifecycle Workday implementations for finance transformations. You will collaborate with various cross-functional teams, utilizing your expertise in consulting and Workday configurations to achieve meaningful client outcomes. This position emphasizes effective stakeholder communication and practical solution delivery to drive client success.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Workday implementation projects from discovery to deployment
• Build relationships as a senior functional advisor to clients




• Facilitate design workshops to align stakeholders
• Translate business requirements into Workday configurations
• Assess risks, issues, and manage deliverables effectively

Requirements:
• 5+ years in finance technology or transformation initiatives
