As a Continuous Improvement Leader, you will steer crucial projects, mentor a team of engineers, and implement strategies that standardize best practices in our dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Continuous Improvement methodologies across operations
• Mentor Continuous Improvement Engineers and guide their projects
• Serve as a technical expert to enhance manufacturing processes




• Facilitate quality clinics and problem-solving workshops
• Collaborate with all departments to identify improvement opportunities

Requirements:
• 3-5 years in manufacturing, preferably in food
• 2+ years of leadership experience required
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Management
• Robust knowledge of Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing
• Six Sigma certification, ideally Black Belt necessary
