Job DescriptionThe RBC Dominion Securities Branch located in Oakville, ON is looking for an Associate to join the team in maintaining, developing and growing an Investment Advisor's business by providing clients exceptional service in an efficient and professional manner.What you will doInput and follow-up on client orders as directed by IA'sMeet and greet prospects and clientsInvestigate and follow-up on all client inquiriesUtilize contact management system for all necessary follow upInvestigate and resolve inquiries and complaints related to accounts and refer to the Investment Advisor where appropriateFollow-up on client trades to ensure proper settlement and deliveryMaintain current knowledge of client accounts by reviewing daily activity online and on applicable reportsWhat do you need to succeed?
