One of the main responsibilities of the Teaching Assistant is managing and working with the flow cytometer and optimizing the flow cytometry section of the lab.QualificationsPreferably knowledge of Immunology & Microbiology and key research methods and ideally having taken MIMM 211 and MIMM 214, MIMM 314 or MIMM 385. The TA must be enrolled in a graduate Studies Program in Microbiology and Immunology or pursuing a graduate degree with a focus on immunology, and work on a project with a focus on immunology. A solid understanding of immunology and flow cytometry is a must, i.E. optimizing the flow cytometry.Language RequirementsEffective communication skills in English are essential.
