The Theatre Liaison is responsible for managing the FOH floor staff (ushers, head ushers, box office) while implementing FOH policies and responsibilities and monitoring staff attendance and their timeclock entries. Our Theatre Liaisons are the conduit between our venues and will also have a keen focus on an exceptional patron, presenter and artist experience. Theatre Liaisons report to the Manager through show reports and at the end of each shift.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the smooth operation of the floor and supervision of the FOH team during eventsSigning FOH staff in & out and ensuring that there are no appearance or tardiness issuesMain conduit between our venues and the overall event experienceInteracting with the patrons, presenter or artist as required for their specific needs during a performanceor eventCoordinating with the Back of House (BOH)
