In this full time role, you’ll deliver essential care within the Emergency Department, assisting patients with daily activities under the supervision of qualified staff. Your responsibilities will span across hygiene, nutrition, and mobility needs while ensuring patient comfort and safety. This position demands effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide personal assistance with daily living activities
• Assist nurses in delivering standard patient care
• Monitor and report on patient moods and wellbeing




• Maintain a safe environment for patients and staff
• Support organized patient activities and programs

Requirements:
• Registration or eligibility with the Alberta College of LPNs and HCAs
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support for Health Care Providers
• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to perform physical tasks related to patient care
• Registration with Alberta Health Care Aide Directory
