As a key member of the Dundas team, you will operate and maintain various plant equipment following Amrize’s Best Practices. Applicants with industrial plant experience or heavy equipment operation will find this role especially fulfilling. You’ll conduct daily inspections, ensure safety, and assist in productive site operations while committing to a culture of safety and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate and maintain equipment to industry best practices
• Conduct daily inspections for maintenance scheduling
• Execute manual labor tasks for plant operations
• Promote safety culture through leadership and example
• Help improve adherence to health and safety policies
Requirements:
• Canadian secondary school diploma or equivalent
• Industrial plant operation experience is an asset
• Heavy equipment operation experience is an asset
• Ability to wear and use PPE safely
• Willingness to collaborate with multiple departments
