Job Description

Expertise in Quality Engineering (QE) for Contact Center platforms.

Experience with IVR/Routing Automation using tools such as Cyara, Hammer, or similar.

Strong experience in UI and API automation testing using tools such as Selenium, Postman, Karate, or equivalent.

Experience in Agent Desktop Automation.

Strong proficiency in Core Java.

Ability to provide technical leadership for maintenance releases, enhancements, and ongoing support activities.

Hands-on experience with Bitbucket/Git, JIRA, Confluence, and IDEs such as IntelliJ IDEA or Eclipse.

Experience working in a structured Scaled Agile setting.

Strong knowledge of AWS Amazon Connect is highly desirable.

French language testing capability is mandatory. The candidate must be proficient in French and able to test and validate French-language applications, IVR flows, prompts, NLU interactions, agent journeys, and end-to-end Contact Center solutions.

Experience testing multilingual Contact Center applications (English and French) will be a strong advantage.
