Key Responsibilities:
• Develop resources and provide technical assistance to project directors
• Process subawards, modifications, and prior approval requests

Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field
• Minimum two years of experience in budgeting or grant compliance
• Knowledge of funded project procedures
• Strong communication skills with external agencies
