Penny Appeal Canada is hiring a Donor Care Specialist to engage donors, answer inquiries, and process donations from home across Canada. You will work with the Donor Care team to educate donors on programs and impact, while providing accurate data support.
Role requires strong communication, call center experience, and comfort with fundraising tasks. Some in-office days may be required. Competitive advantages after probation.
