The GRO Technology stream is designed for graduates expected to complete their degree by Spring 2027 in areas like Computer Engineering or Software Engineering. You will engage in two 12-month placements and gain foundational skills in programming, application design, and system analysis. Participants will receive structured training, mentorship, and hands-on experience while contributing to impactful projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and develop system components per defined specifications
• Analyze business requirements and create design documents
• Write and execute unit tests for system validation
• Track and communicate solutions for defect management
• Perform analysis and debugging on existing components
Requirements:
• Expected graduation Spring 2027 in related fields
• Passion for software and data engineering roles
• Understanding of agile methodologies and team-oriented practices
• Familiarity with key programming tools and languages
• Solid communication skills to solve business problems
