Key Responsibilities:
• Review multi-discipline material and quantity takeoffs
• Evaluate and develop subcontract cost estimates and proposals
• Perform productivity analysis of various cost estimates




• Research and negotiate competitive prices with suppliers
• Assist in preparing high-level construction schedules

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in engineering or estimating
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in construction estimating
• Familiarity with construction from concept to completion
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and other estimating tools
• Solid organizational and communication skills
