This full-time position involves engaging individuals with mental health concerns, offering information and brief support alongside temporary case management. Your role will include assessments and collaborating with various community partners to ensure effective support. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide brief support to incoming clients
• Conduct assessments in collaboration with clients

Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in health or social services
• Current Police Vulnerable Sector Check
