Phoenix is seeking a Youth Support Worker to build supportive relationships with youth 17–24 within the YAYA program. You will help clients meet basic needs and follow a care plan to support their transition to independent living.
Responsibilities include coordinating activities, assisting with daily tasks, and collaborating with staff on goals, safety, and trauma-informed care. Training and supervision are provided.
