Key Responsibilities:
• Develop personalized care plans with the nursing team
• Document resident conditions and healthcare needs accurately
• Provide direct nursing care including medication administration




• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and medical staff
• Assist physicians during examinations and diagnostic tests

Requirements:
• Graduate from an approved nursing program
• Current license with AB College of Registered Nurses
• Experience in residential care or mental health settings
• Active CPR and First Aid certification required
• Strong communication and organizational skills
