Commercial Credit Adjusters Ltd. (CCA) is growing and we're looking to add a skilled and motivated IT Systems Administratorto our team! This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with contemporary technologies, solving complex problems, and taking ownership of critical systems while helping shape the future of our IT environment.Job Summary:The Systems & Network Administrator / IT Analyst (reporting to the IT Manager) will play a key role in maintaining, securing, and improving CCA's IT infrastructure. You'll be responsible for supporting both our head office and satellite locations, ensuring systems are reliable, secure, and running efficiently.What the Role InvolvesAs an IT Systems & Network Administrator, you will:Manage and maintain enterprise networks including LAN/WAN, VPNs, firewalls, switches, and related infrastructureAdminister Active Directory, Group Policy, Azure AD (Entra), DNS/DHCP, and authentication servicesUnderstanding and experience with RBACDevelop PowerShell scripts and automation tools to improve efficiency and consistencySupport and optimize virtualization platforms including Hyper-V and VMwareMaintain and support cloud infrastructure across Azure and AWSPerform system hardening, vulnerability management, and security auditsManage identity and access controls (IAM) and enforce cybersecurity best practicesMaintain VEEAM backup systems and ensure disaster recovery procedures are documented and testedOversee endpoint deployment, patching,



and lifecycle managementAdminister content in platforms such as DrupalSupport collaboration and conferencing systemsDevelop automation tools using Python and related technologiesAct as the primary liaison with vendors and third‐party technical partnersProvide advanced troubleshooting support for escalated technical issuesLead infrastructure upgrades, IT projects, and system implementationsTrain, mentor, and support junior IT team membersWhat You BringWe're looking for someone who is:Highly analytical with strong problem‐solving abilitiesOrganized and able to manage multiple prioritiesA clear communicator with strong documentation skillsSelf‐motivated and comfortable working independentlyDetail‐oriented with a strong sense of accountabilityCommitted to maintaining confidentiality and securityInterested in mentoring others and contributing to team growthWe're also looking for:Post‐secondary education in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)Several years of experience in systems or network administrationStrong expertise in Microsoft technologies including Active Directory, Azure, and PowerShellExperience with cloud platforms such as AWS and/or AzureHands‐on experience with virtualization platforms such as Hyper‐V and VMwareKnowledge of cybersecurity best practices, system hardening, and vulnerability managementThe following would be considered assets:Industry certifications such as Azure, AWS, VMware, Security+, or CISSPExperience with CMS/LMS platforms such as Drupal, WordPress,
