procedures and practicesAssist skilled trades as requiredOperate basic hand and power tools safety and effectivelyPerform spotting and flagging duties when requiredRead and understand site-specific instructions prior to each shiftSite cleaning and preparationMaintain a clean and organized work area / job siteParticipate in daily toolbox meetingsPerform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditionsOther duties as assignedSkills/Experience/QualificationsPrevious experience working as a Skilled Labourer in industrial construction environmentsExperience digging trenches, operating ground tools like packers, pumps, rakes and shovelsAbility to safely operate basic hand and power toolsStrong understanding of construction site safety practices and hazard awarenessPhysically fit and capable of performing demanding manual labour (lifting up to 50lbs, bending, standing and working in various weather conditions)Ensure a safe team workplace. Robust teamwork skills with a positive and reliable work ethicStrong communication skills.
