Key Responsibilities:



• Lead sector-wide data opportunities and trends • Identify data enhancement opportunities in colleges • Develop analyses and reports translating complex data • Build relationships with sector leaders and stakeholders • Promote data-informed decision-making through workshops

Requirements: • Master’s degree in a relevant field, PhD preferred • 8 to 10+ years in institutional research or analytics • Experience in Ontario's college sector • Robust knowledge of analytical tools like Power BI • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
