This role reports to the Plant Manager and involves independently managing day-to-day maintenance tasks. You will support various departments by performing plumbing repairs, maintaining grounds, and carrying out general maintenance work such as painting and light bulb changes. Your expertise will contribute to a well-functioning workplace, where safety and respect are paramount.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform plumbing repairs and installations when needed
• Assist with periodic sprinkler system testing




• Maintain grounds by cleaning and snow removal
• Conduct routine painting and light bulb changes
• Trim shrubbery and cultivate flower beds during the season

Requirements:
• High school diploma required
• Valid Millwright 433A license mandatory
• Minimum 3 years of industrial maintenance experience
• Basic repair and maintenance skills necessary
• Physically able to lift up to 30 lbs
