Join St. Joseph’s Healthcare Hamilton as a temporary full time OSP Intake Worker. This hybrid position involves screening, triaging, and managing referrals to enhance mental health access across Ontario.

As part of the Ontario Structured Psychotherapy program, you will focus on the centralized intake triage and referral management processes. This includes conducting risk assessments, basic counseling, and reviewing clinical measures. Your work will ensure that clients receive the appropriate support and resources needed for mental health treatment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Review and triage referrals for OSP suitability
• Conduct brief telephone intake and triage interviews
• Perform risk assessments and safety planning




• Maintain accurate clinical documentation throughout processes
• Liaise with referral sources for additional information

Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree in a relevant health discipline
• 1-2 years of mental health field experience
• Familiarity with clinical screening measures
• Knowledge of mental health legislation and ethics
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
