We seek an experienced Grademan-Topman to support our team with 5 years in construction and excavation. Candidates will utilize their skills in reading blueprints, achieving grades, and ensuring safe work practices. Key Responsibilities:
• Shoot and establish grades for various projects
• Read and interpret blueprints and grade stakes
• Direct equipment operators to adjust grades accurately
• Conduct daily Job Hazard Awareness meetings




• Assist with equipment maintenance and inspections

Requirements:
• 5 years of construction and excavation experience preferred
• CSTS2020 and Ground disturbance level 2 certified
• Excellent English communication skills
• Ability to operate equipment safely and responsibly
• Strong time management and adaptability skills
