Your expertise in adhesives, cement, and cleaning products will guide technical improvements and innovation projects. You will also play a critical role in personnel management, quality control compliance, and R&D; development.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and train laboratory technicians effectively

• Ensure adherence to AASHTO and ASTM testing standards
