In this full-time role, you'll partner with hiring managers to manage the complete recruitment cycle. Engage in strategic sourcing, candidate screening, and improve overall recruitment practices. Your ability to communicate effectively will ensure candidates enjoy a seamless hiring journey.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage full-cycle recruiting and candidate communication
• Develop talent acquisition strategies and conduct interviews
• Build robust relationships with hiring managers
• Coordinate job postings and applicant tracking
• Support employer branding initiatives and social media strategy

Requirements:
• University degree in Human Resources or related field
• 3-5 years of in-company recruiting experience
• Bilingual in French and English, spoken and written
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
• Proficiency in MS Office and recruiting analytics
