As a Staff Clinician, you will be a vital part of a supportive team focused on enhancing the lives of individuals navigating neurodivergence. Your expertise in psychoeducation and coaching, along with 3-5 years of experience, will help clients understand and manage challenges related to ADHD, autism spectrum conditions, and executive functioning. Prepare to develop cutting-edge resource materials that empower clients and support their pathways to well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct individual sessions addressing neurodivergence support
• Deliver executive functioning coaching for workplace effectiveness
• Assist clients in accessing educational and wellness resources
• Collaborate with teams for seamless service delivery
• Document clinical interactions and resource recommendations
Requirements:
• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in mental health support
• Valid professional registration
• Understanding of strengths-based neurodiversity practices
• Excellent communication skills in English; French is an asset
