The founding principles of the company are still in place today, which are to provide residents with affordable, secure housing with a standard of care in which we would treat our own family members.Responsibilities:Process incoming rental applications including conducting income and identification verification, credit reporting, landlord references, and communicating with applicantsContact Applicants notifying them of application outcome i.E. approved or declinedProcess Tenant requests to add occupants or leaseholders as well as responsibility lettersMaintain open communications with on-site Rental Offices at all timesand respond to questions/concerns promptlyComplete assigned duties required for Notices to Vacate/Extend/RescindProcess Tenant requests to add occupants or leaseholders as well as responsibility lettersProcess Notices to VacateUpdate pricing and availability dates within the centralized databaseMaintain digital filing through the upload of rental related documents where applicable.Provide tenant reference information for external landlordsOther duties as assignedSkills,
