Our client operates in the industrial mechanical sector, but we are looking for someone with solid general construction knowledge.
Main Responsibilities : Coordinate tender calls and follow up on bids
Review plans, specifications and contractual requirements
Prepare complete and accurate estimates
Coordinate site visits
Manage requests for pricing and subcontractor quotations
Analyze and recommend submitted quotations
Prepare tender forms and documentation
Present estimates for final review and approval
