In this full-time managerial role, you will guide a team of Client Managers within NFP’s SME Commercial Insurance division. Your responsibilities include coaching, performance management, and delivering consistent client service. You will also monitor workflows and guarantee your team is equipped with the necessary insurance knowledge to advise clients effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and develop a high-performing team of SME Client Managers
• Monitor team performance and service levels continuously
• Conduct quality assurance and risk management reviews
• Manage and resolve complex client escalations timely
• Maintain strong knowledge of SME commercial insurance products
Requirements:
• RIBO licence in positive standing required
• 5+ years of commercial insurance experience preferred
• Demonstrated people leadership skills
• Experience with compliance and error management
• Strong communication and relationship management skills
