MBCI - Evening Custodial & Rentals Assistant (Full Time)

MBCI has an opportunity for an independent, self-motivated Custodial and Rentals Assistant to provide evening support for the school and our active rental program.
This entry-level position is ideal for individuals seeking a full-time role outside regular workday hours and includes advantages and competitive compensation.
Previous custodial experience is preferred but not required.
Key Responsibilities
Sweeping and mopping/autoscrubbing hard floor surfaces including hallways, stairs and bleachers.
Vacuuming carpeted surfaces.
Dusting/washing tables and lockers.
Cleaning/spot cleaning windows and glass.
Locking hallway and exterior doors.
Turning off lights.
Unlocking/locking building and rooms as needed.
Setting out tables and chairs.
Setting up the stage, including chairs, risers, piano, etc.
Sweeping/mopping concert hall stage and foyer.
Setting out gym equipment as needed
Assisting the Facility Manager with other custodial and maintenance duties as may be required.
Qualifications
Previous custodial experience preferred but not required.
Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical duties is essential.
Some basic computer skills preferred but not required.
This is a full-time position.
Hours are:
4:00 pm – 12:30 am Mon to Fri, Sept to June
7:30 am – 4:00 pm Mon to Fri, July and August
