In this critical role, you will support Corporate Traveller’s mission to simplify the corporate travel experience. As an Onboarding Success Manager, you'll lead the onboarding journey for recent clients, ensuring effective implementation and driving adoption of key solutions. Your work will involve project management, client relationship management, and training delivery, fostering long-term client success from day one.

Key Responsibilities:
• Consult with clients to tailor onboarding strategies
• Manage projects from contract signing to go-live




• Cultivate relationships to ensure long-term client retention
• Design and deliver customized training sessions
• Serve as the primary onboarding contact for clients

Requirements:
• Bilingual in French and English
• Experience in client onboarding or project management
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with Salesforce and project management tools
• Knowledge of the travel industry is preferred
