Key Responsibilities:
• Perform treatments and assess patient's conditions
• Monitor and document changes in patient health
• Assist with activities of daily living for patients




• Educate patients and families on care processes
• Participate in interdisciplinary reporting and care planning

Requirements:
• Certificate of Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• RPN Diploma or equivalent and current CPR certification
• Minimum one year recent medical experience required
• Excellent physical assessment skills and communication abilities
• Familiarity with blood product monitoring preferred
